Venice Airport Transfer

Hi, My name is Carole Ritchie. We are a group of 6 Australians all in our late 60s and 70s travelling to Venice for the first time. Arriving on 2nd October 2019 at approx 1.30pm. We are staying at Carmini Palace Canal View, Sestiere Dorsoduro 2591 for 4 nights from the 2nd October and leaving on the 6th of October and we are looking for transfers BUT and it is a big but have to pick up the keys at Santa Croce 515 first. We will then be travelling to Florence by train on the 6th October so will need to get to the train station from Carmini Palace on the 6th of October to catch the train to Florence at approx 12 pm BUT again dropping off the keys at Santa croce 515 first. I realize some of the transfer would be by road and some would be by water taxi. I would like to know if you could help us with the transfers. In Florence we will be staying at B & B Marbo, Via Luigi Alamanni 23, Florence, FL, 50123 from the 6th of October until the 10th again if you could help us with the transfers. We will when be travelling to Rome by train on the 10th of October and staying at the Best western Plus Universo so again we will need transfers from the train station to the hotel. We will then need transfers from the hotel to Civitavecchia to catch the cruise ship Norwegian Jade on the 13th October but for 8 people. The cruise finishes on the 24th October so we need a transfer for 8 people from the cruise terminal to B & B Hotel Fiumicino via Giulio Romano, 79, Fiumicino,00054 and dropping off 4 people there and then taking the other 4 to the airport. I realize this is a long order and maybe you will not be able to help me with all of them, but if you could help me with some of them it would be much appreciated, especially the Venice one as none of us have been to Venice before and we would have been traveling for 24 hours and will be quiet tired. Return to the airport will also cost 90 Euros. Fot Rome from Train Station to Your Hotel will cost 60 Euros and it will be on a Minivan. The transfer from Rome to the Port for 8 people is 220 Euros and it will be on a 8 seat Minibus ( I will need to know the number of luggage’s that you will have with You to confirm if the vehicle can accommodate all of your luggages. Hello, I need a price offer urgently for the 1ste of May from Airport Marco Polo TO Piazzale Roma for 2 different groups WITH LUGGAGE: 24 pers at 15H-PRICE PLEASE 68 pers at 16.30H -PRICE PLEASE You already told me it is not possible with a large bus to Piazzale Roma,can we do it with shuttle is instead? If we book a large bus for the 68 pers where is the drop area at Tronchetto? Nearby the People Mover entrance? There are 68 pax with 68 large luggages. Shuttles (8 pax) are allowed on the Piazzale Roma??? If you have enough shuttles to transport 68 pax , you can make price aswell.
