Q. When are your operating ?
A. We are operating 24 hours a day, 7 days a week - Office hours are * Monday to Friday 09.00 AM — 18.00 PM GMT *
Q. Can I book outside opening hours ?
A. Outside opening hours you can book online and you can do it for the same day. You will receive an immediate confirmation with the instruction to meet the driver and the emergency number.
Q. Where is the meeting point at the port with the drivers?
A. The drivers will be waiting for you at the ship gangway , holding a sign with your name on it where you will enjoy a personalized welcome.

Q. Do you have an emergency number and how can I contact you from the Airport?

Q. At which terminal will the driver drop me off at departure?
A. The driver drops you off at the correct terminal of the airline that you are flying with.
Q. How far in advance should I reserve?
A. Reservations can be done on the same day, However, we recommand you to make your reservations in advance.
Q. How far in advance can I change my reservation ?
A. Reservations can be changed on the same day within at least 12 hour before transfer . For long distance transfers they can be changed 12 hours before the vehicle departs from the garage. However, we recommand you to make the change as soon as possible.
Q. What's up if my arriving flight is delayed ?
A. We track all flghts and it will surely not be a problem if your flight will be delayed. We wiIl wait till flight will land.
Q. What's Cancellation Policy?
A. Full refund if cancelled at least 3 days prior to arrival unless otherwise stated in your confirmation voucher.
Q. How long do you wait after flight is landed?
A. We will wait for 1 hour at no extra charge. After this term you will be charged by hourly rate.
Q. Should I reconfirm my transfer 24 hours before ?
A. ONCE RESERVATION IS CONFIRMED IT DOESN'T NEED TO BE RECONFIRMED.

A. Yes all online prices are daily updated.
Q. Are your shuttles and cars Air conditionned? How many do they seat ?
A. All shuttle are air conditioned. We have a large selection of vehicles from Shuttles to strech limousines to large coaches up to 79 seat and we provide service in over 200 countries.
Q. Is a shuttle transfer in sharing with other passengers?
A. Yes all Shuttle transfers are in sharing with other passengers and we will do 2 or 3 stops to pick up other people. On arrival there could be a waiting time up to 20 minutes from the time you meet the driver.This time is necessary to collect other passengers. On departure please be ready 10 minutes before departure time because we will have other people on board and we will not be able to wait for more than 5 minutes.Departure time from your home must be set 2 hours before your departure flight for domestic flights.Departure time from your home must be set 3 hours before your departure flight for international flights.
Q. Are private transfers in sharing with other passengers?
A. No private transfers are not shared.The vehicle will only pick up your party and will go straight to destination.
